welcome to grateful growers!
Who we are
Grateful Growers Farm is a small diversified farm in eastern Lincoln County, North Carolina. My farm is all about producing amazing food in a conscientious manner. I like to think of our operation as a meeting of craftsmanship agriculture and culinary artistry. I raise a menagerie of animals, but the cornerstones of my farm are the Tamworth hog and the St. Croix sheep. Unlike ‘mass produced’ meat, my animals are raised on pastures where they freely graze, play and wallow. I do not use added hormones or antibiotics in growing these animals, and the finished products are all free from fillers, preservatives, nitrates and MSG. My products can be purchased at the Matthews Farmers Market (second Saturdays of each month during the 2019 season), and directly from the farm (by appointment only).
FYI, my business email address firstname.lastname@example.org has been a little janky, so try email@example.com to place an order, make an appointment, or ask a question.
In addition to producing wonderful food, we are also passionate about cultivating a sense of community through our farming enterprise. We welcome you to our site and encourage you to browse, learn and question. Your food fuels your body and spirit; so get to know it, and it’s producers, by starting here.
